3. Ordering & Account Registration

• Orders can be placed online via our website or by request through our WhatsApp Business number.
• Account registration is required for all orders. You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

4. Prices & Payment

• All prices are shown in GBP and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Payment methods: PayPal or direct bank transfer to our Starling Bank account.

• Payment is due before production and dispatch unless you have agreed payment terms with us.
• We reserve the right to delay or cancel your order if payment is not received.

5. Delivery

• All orders are delivered by Royal Mail Tracked24 or Tracked48 (no collections available).
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or other third parties.
• Risk passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect packages on arrival and notify us of any issues within 48 hours.

• We print ID cards strictly for legitimate businesses, educational institutions, charities, and organisations. We may require evidence of your business/organisation status or your authority to order ID cards.
• By placing an order, you confirm that all information, names, photos, logos, and supporting documents provided are accurate, lawful, and that you have permission to use them. Submitting false or misleading information may result in your order being cancelled, with no refund, and may be reported to authorities.
• We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order that appears fraudulent, suspicious, or for which appropriate proof cannot be provided.
• We will not print cards for criminal, deceptive, or misleading purposes, or which contain offensive, hateful, or inappropriate content.
• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all data supplied for your ID cards. SecureID Print Ltd is not liable for errors in supplied data.
• Images, photos, and logos you upload must not infringe the intellectual property rights of others. You agree to indemnify SecureID Print Ltd for any claim arising from your breach of this clause.
• Personal data, including photographs and ID information, is securely handled and retained only as long as required to process your order. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
• We may display anonymised images of your printed cards in our portfolio or marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

• Custom products (e.g., printed ID cards) are exempt from the usual 14-day cooling-off period.
• Cancellations are accepted before production begins; after that, refunds may not be available.
• If your order arrives damaged or with errors due to our mistake, we will reprint or refund at our discretion. Proof may be required.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the extent permitted by law, SecureID Print Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
• Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant order.

10. Intellectual Property

• All website content, graphics, and designs (excluding user-supplied artwork) are the property of SecureID Print Ltd or its licensors.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any part of our site or products without our written permission.

• You must not misuse our site, attempt unauthorised access, or use our services for unlawful activities.
• Any abuse, harassment, or fraudulent behaviour will result in account termination and potential legal action.

12. Complaints & Disputes

• If you have a complaint, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
• If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may refer the matter to the relevant trading standards or the courts of England and Wales.
